Manage the recruitment cycle:
sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements.Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.Conduct initial assessments and conduct interviews.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.Requirements:
1+ year of recruitment experience (in-house or agency).Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus.Proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).Benefits:
