Trade Marketing & Operations Specialist

Pandora is looking for a Trade Marketing & Operations Specialist to join our Marketing team in Madrid.
In this role, you will be responsible for the operational execution of the Trade Marketing strategy mainly in Spain, ensuring alignment with Pandora's global brand image and guidelines. You will act as the key link between global and local teams, translating strategy into action across all points of sale and stakeholders.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and implement local marketing materials:
1. Ensure the in-store execution of Trade Marketing campaigns, in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Merchandising teams.
2. Oversee the development and orchestration of retail campaigns, including the creation of campaign toolkits, master files, and messaging in line with global guidelines.
3. Brief the graphic design studio for the production of visual assets.
4. Propose and implement local initiatives to drive traffic and sales: regional media campaigns, store-level activations, events, etc.
5. Contribute to the development of the commercial calendar.
6. Ensure all activations in the Spanish market are legally compliant (e.g. promotions, pricing, materials, activations).
Visual Merchandising guidelines:
1. In collaboration with the VM Specialist, adapt global VM guidelines to the Spanish market: coordinate product setup, manage photoshoots, and develop VM guidelines for Retail and Wholesale partners.
2. Review and support the correct implementation of local VM guidelines.
3. Define KPIs to monitor the business effectiveness of VM guidelines and activations.
Sell-in materials:
1. Lead the creation of sell-in tools by gathering needs from the Sales team and aligning with Merchandising and Training teams on final content.
Communication flow:
1. Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Merchandising) to ensure consistency across all campaigns and initiatives.
2. Act as the local point of contact with Global HQ and other European markets.
3. Keep VM and TM databases and store layouts up to date.
4. Conduct regular store visits to monitor execution.
5. Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers.
Operational support:
1. Provide regular Trade Marketing and VM reporting.
2. Support PR and Marketing initiatives such as showroom events and local activations.
3. Oversee the Trade Marketing implementation for new store openings: store layout planning, window setups, POS materials, and more, in collaboration with the Sales team.
MORE ABOUT YOU
1. 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising, ideally in a retail environment.
2. Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
3. Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign is highly valued.
4. Strong analytical and copywriting skills, with excellent attention to detail.
5. Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Team player with experience working in matrixed organisations.
7. Quick learner with a strong interest in product knowledge and personal development.
8. Comfortable presenting and sharing knowledge in an engaging and clear way.
