As a CRM Executive for Spain and LATAM, you’ll be responsible for optimising all stages of the customer lifecycle to ultimately retain customers for longer, and ensure they are playing in a safe and responsible manner. This includes the creation, segmentation, and execution of campaigns, as well as reporting on our main KPIs.
This will help us excel at CRM to stay ahead of the game.
What you’ll be doing
As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:
- Execution & ownership of sports CRM campaigns in Spain and LATAM
- Managing the sports automated lifecycle, ensuring onboarding, active & reactivation campaigns are being regularly optimised, tested & reported on to maximise KPIs
- Ownership of main sports loyalty programmes (Free Bet Club, Boost Tokens & Price Boosts), ensuring they are regularly refined and tested to deliver against Retention Rates & Player Value goals
- Owning and executing large event-based campaigns (eg. World Cups/Euros), which are used in both acquisition & retention channels
- Executing additional ad hoc campaigns around x-sells and sponsorship activation giveaways
- Managing a range of communication tools – email, SMS, push notification, in-app messaging
- Managing content creation with the help of the creative department
- Ensuring the Betway websites are up to date and optimised, particularly the app & mobile site
- Regular competitor analysis to better understand our positioning in the market

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
- Passion for CRM and data insights
- Project management and delivery focused
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments whilst liaising with a variety of stakeholders
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve
- In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
- Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
- Knowledge of sports betting
- Exposure and good knowledge of a content management system
