Position: Contact Centre Agent
We are seeking proactive, energetic, and customer-oriented candidates for our Contact Centre in Benidorm. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing personalized customer service and information to clients.
* Managing reservations for both national and international customers.
* Offering advice and sales support for car rentals.
Minimum Requirements:
* Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of a second language such as Portuguese, Italian, Greek, German, Russian, or French is a plus (a placement test will be conducted).
* Experience in customer service.
* Essential skills: kindness, patience, empathy, flexibility.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
