From Claire Joster, we are currently looking for a Partner Manager (Last-Mile Fleet Manager) for a leading multinational company in the e-commerce logistics sector, based in Vizcaya (Basauri), as part of its ongoing national expansion.
What will your responsibilities be?
* Build and manage a strong network of regional partners to ensure sustainable service capacity and operational reliability.
* Lead regional growth initiatives, including:
* Capacity planning to support volume growth.
* Geographic expansion.
* Launch of new products and services.
* Establish and implement last-mile operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to meet quality and performance targets.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize last-mile systems and delivery processes, improving courier and partner experience.
* Take on team management responsibilities, including coaching and mentoring junior staff.
What are we looking for?
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in the logistics industry, especially in last-mile delivery operations.
* Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus.
* Commercial mindset combined with strong analytical skills.
* Data-driven profile with structured thinking.
* Proactive, results-oriented, and resilient attitude.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in multicultural environments.
* Fluency in Spanish and English, C1
* Based in the region or willing to work in Vizcaya.
What do we offer?
* Temporary contract: initial 3 months, extendable for an additional 3 months.
* Full-time position (40 hours per week).
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
* On-site role (no remote work available).
* Salary range: €40,000 – €45,000 gross per year + performance-based bonus (up to €5,000).
* Immediate incorporation into a fast-growing international project.
