This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with audit background to develop their career in a dynamic, international environment while contributing to financial excellence and ERP transformation.Key Responsibilities- Lead and support monthly and quarterly closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards- Drive the implementation and optimization of reporting in the new ERP system, including process design, testing, and continuous improvement- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports for internal and external stakeholders- Act as key liaison with external auditors during interim and year-end audits, coordinating deliverables and documentation- Ensure compliance with Spanish GAAP (PGC) and support IFRS reporting requirements for group consolidationEducation:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing is highly valued- Additional certifications (e.G., ACCA, CPA) are a plusExperience:- Minimum 2 years of experience in audit (Big 4 experience preferred)- Strong knowledge of Spanish Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (PGC)Language Skills- English: Advanced level required (C1 or equivalent)- German: Any level is highly valued- Additional languages are a plus
