As Risk Manager, you will oversee portfolio and project risk for the OPX EMEA portfolio, enabling early identification and mitigation of commercial, execution, financial, technical, and strategic risks. You’ll work with Engineering, Services, and cross-functional partners to govern risk throughout the lifecycle from bid to closeout. You’ll influence governance, risk reviews, and risk registers to support on-time delivery, cost control, and safety. This role offers strategic impact in a nuclear sector with a strong emphasis on governance and collaboration.

• Maintain a consolidated view of top risks across the OPX project portfolio, spanning Engineering Services, Outage & Maintenance, Instrumentation & Control, and Parts.
• Identify systemic risk patterns affecting delivery, cost/schedule performance, quality, and safety.
• Support risk assessments for engineering and services offers following global Offer Risk Approval processes.
• Ensure risks are identified and mitigated before approval, including scope, interfaces, and design.
• Support risk reviews with Engineering, Project Management, Services/Field Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Trade & Compliance, and Finance.
• Provide independent input on risk exposure, contingencies, and risk transfer before contract approval; clarify warranties, spares, service levels, and accountability.
• Support governance processes and contract handover, engineering kickoff, and project reviews.
• Maintain quality and consistency of project risk registers using approved tools and risk breakdown structures.
• Monitor mitigation ownership and escalate when governance standards are not met (EHS, quality, subcontractor controls).
• Track portfolio risk exposure, mitigation progress, residual risk, and impacts to cost/schedule, claims, and service performance.
• Contribute to integrated portfolio risk reviews and feed lessons learned into plans.
• Assess portfolio risk maturity, identify gaps, and partner with Portfolio Directors on improvement plans.
• Promote application of corporate risk policies, tools, and best practices.
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Project Management or related field.
• 5+ years of portfolio and project risk management experience in engineering, energy, nuclear, or similar.
• Facilitation skills for technical and commercial discussions.
