Experteer Overview In this role you bridge business needs and technical delivery for Roche Diagnostics Insights Solutions. You’ll collaborate with solution teams to automate processes and advance data-driven tools, including AI-enabled solutions. You will work across stakeholders to improve transparency, traceability, and the end-to-end management of digital solutions. - Ideation, analysis and evaluation of solutions to optimize processes and transparency using data
- Develop and enhance tools with data analytics and AI to support diverse stakeholders
- Manage lean portfolio and automation-related tasks (e.G., Aha! Automation)
- Oversee requirements, version control, and end-to-end solution management
- Support solution lifecycle tasks and related administrative/documentation work
- Create data-driven reports to track performance and adoption of solutions
- Define maintenance and retraining processes to keep tools relevant
