Your key responsibilities: Leadership & Team Development
- Lead teams with full disciplinary responsibility, virtual and international, and manage highly complex processes, services, and technologies.
- Oversee resource planning, people management, and foster effective relationships to leverage diverse talents.
- Build collaborative relationships, foster diverse talents, and influence people to achieve team and organizational goals.
- Monitor, coordinate, and ensure the quality of team output;
initiate measuresfor continuous quality improvement.
Financial & Resource Stewardship
- Support budget planning and control through accurate forecasting, continuous monitoring, and timely reporting of deviations to ensure financial adherence and transparency towards management.
Demand & Service Management
- Support business and IT stakeholders in identifying technology requirements, conducting market analysis, and defining application roadmaps and cloud strategies.
- Manage the application portfolio in alignment with business and IT strategy, while overseeing IT demand through structured processes and tools to ensure strategic prioritization and transparency.
- Define and implement service frameworks, sourcing models, and contracts while developing technology and service strategies that respond to corporate guidance and evolving business needs.
- Continuously improve services and processes in complex environments by identifying optimization opportunities and proactively managing risks through targeted optimization strategies.
Project Delivery
- Drive end-to-end project execution, including data migration, configuration, development, testing, and user acceptance.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Execute and continuously improve emergency support processes in collaboration with business and third-party providers.
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Oversee external partnerships and ensure adherence to governance, data protection, security, and operational standards.
Your skills and experiences:
- Academic qualifications in IT, business, or related fields — or equivalent professional experience demonstrating strategic and operational excellence, focusing on quality in pharmaceutical area.
- Extensive multi-annual experience in managing complex processes and solutions in GxP environment including project and program leadership across global environments.
- Proven track record in functional management and team leadership, with strong capabilities in guiding cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Strong communication skills across cultures and organizational levels, with the ability to influence decisions and align diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to build trust, foster strong working relationships, and collaborate effectively across integral functions and with external partners in a virtual environment.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and take ownership of decisions and results.
- Language & Mobility – Fluent English is required;
additional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel internationally based on business needs.
