It also demands the confident adoption of data and technology to inform decisions, enable team success, and consistently exceed targets in a highly dynamic and competitive environment. This role will be instrumental in equipping our sales leaders to thrive and drive performance through this transformation.
What you will do
1. Develop communication, implementation and change management plans with integrated tactics to support the launch and sustainment of different productivity programmes
2. Design, implement and measure coaching programme for Managers
3. Design and execute specific training sessions (in local language where possible) with different sales teams
4. Collaborate with external partners to coordinate and lead key development and sales programme
5. Supports Director of Sales Effectiveness in calculating ROI and ROE of the different programmes
6. Gather consistent feedback from within the business in a reportable manner to support programme relevance
7. Work as key point of contact for Sales Effectiveness Team to CCO
8. Assist wider Sales Effectiveness team in other areas when necessary

9. Programme impact, application and adoption
10. Early diagnose of sales blockages and plan solution
11. Démontrable Programme KPIs,ROI and ROE
12. Numbers of programme designed and executed successfully
What we look for
13. Experience in sales and sales gravitas
14. Experience in running global key sales programmes from design to closure
15. Experience in designing and executing strategic and tactical sales trainings
16. Knowledge of qualification, sales methodology and buyers cycle
17. Understanding of sales enablement platforms and tools
18. Demonstrable experience of working across functional disciplines
19. Experience in interacting with senior level executives
20. Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
21. Demonstrates competence in key areas: change management, conflict management, sales direction and motivation, monitor, report and achievement of agreed targets
