HR Technician
Responsibilities:
Personnel selection (publication of offers, CV's selection, interviews)

Management of the recruitment process and On-Boarding of new recruits
Termination of staff contracts/dismissals
Entering and updating staff data in the system
Management of documentation/record
Time management, review of working time records, authorisation of holidays, leave or notification of medical leave, among others.
Realization/updating of HR department procedures.
Implementation of Human Resources policies and internal communication of these policies
Performance appraisals and monitoring of the achievement of set targets
Fluid communication with the staff of the subsidiaries
Preparation of reports
Organisation of internal/corporate company events
Profile:
At least 2 years previous experience in the Human Resources department, preferably in international companies.
Higher education in Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or similar. A Master's or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources is desirable. xpzdshu

Organized, decisive, proactive and committed person, with communication and teamwork skills.
