Now, we’re looking for a **Process Manager,** who will be responsible, at a strategic level, for the continuous improvement of all activities in the company to ensure compliance with the defined objectives.
He/she will lead, implement and manage the organizational, operational, digital and management transformation process.
**Main tasks and responsibilities**:
- Align the company's strategy with the process management and definition of the objectives to be achieved.
- Analysis of flows and proposal of improvements in processes, organization, systems and work methodologies.
- Coordination with different departments and define the stakeholders roles in optimization projects.
- Driving change processes. Work in an organizational change and promote an advanced management enviroment, encouraging the adoption of new practices and methodologies.
- Facilitate the introduction of technology to document and model the organization's processes.
- Supervise, monitor, coordinate and evaluate the company's processes and activities, ensuring compliance with annual management plans and established objectives.
- Design and structure reporting models based on KPIs, dashboards and other management tools.
- Definition of new lay-outs and industrialisation of new production lines.
**Required skills**:
- **University degree** in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Organization Engineering.
- **5+ years of experience** in the design and implementation of organisational, digital and management change strategies and models, either as a consultant or as a corporate manager.
- **5+ years of experience** in coordination and team management.
- Proven experience implementing methods and techniques to optimize the manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Experience in** industrialization of new products.**:
- Experience in production automation is a plus.
- **Proficient in English** and **Spanish**.
- Strong **analytical** and **problem-solving skills**:
- Open-minded and ready to be challenged in a fast paced and multi-disciplinary, multinational environment.
- Strong **interpersonal skills**, including formal communication.
The position is **located in** our Headquarters of **Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid).**
