* Has at least 2 years of experience in Customer Relations within a B2B environment, making calls, with experience in telephone sales or similar roles involving proactive calling.
* Is interested in learning about technical and scientific environments and products.
* Has no previous technical training necessary but values experience in life sciences, laboratory, or electronics.
* Has a native level of German and an English level sufficient to receive training, handle documentation, and communicate effectively both in writing and over the phone.
