Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) who will call Polish companies, speak with IT managers, and generate qualified leads for clients such as Intel, Dell, and Fujitsu.

Responsibilities

- Engage with key decision‑makers: connect and initiate conversations with IT managers to understand their current tech setup.
- Present our client's innovative IT solutions and demonstrate how they can improve processes and productivity.
- Set up meetings between prospects and our client's sales experts to progress the conversation.
- Work with the client’s sales team in the “Warm Handover” process to hand over qualified leads.
- Complete a four‑week onboarding program to prepare for the role.

Qualifications

- Native Polish speaker and bilingual English speaker (Spanish is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales and/or telemarketing or customer service is a plus.
- Previous CRM experience desirable.
- Target‑driven mentality and can‑do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must reside and be legally able to work in the Madrid region.

Work Hours & Compensation

Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00 (1‑hour lunch break). Friday: 08:00 – 14:00. Permanent contract. Base salary about 1,780€ per month plus an uncapped commission system. Total yearly earnings approximately €21,390.
