Fluid Systems Engineer

About The Role
As a Fluid Systems Engineer you will report to the ANAV Supervisor Engineer and be located at the Vila-seca, Tarragona offices. This is a full-time hybrid position with a mix of 60% on-site and 40% remote days that may be set at your discretion.
Responsibilities
- Perform thermal-hydraulic and piping networks engineering design
- Develop pump, valve, tank, heat exchanger, HVAC, or other equipment sizing requirements for plant design or modifications
- Conduct analysis for local and international projects within the Mechanical & Fluid Systems discipline
- Coordinate other disciplines (I&C;, electrical, civil & structural, license, layout) in projects and design modifications
- Communicate status of work performed to technical leads and management
- Participate in customer, vendor, and regulator meetings to present technical materials and justification of services and product designs
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Nuclear)
- 2+ years of experience in similar role
- Proficiency with MathCad, MATLAB, VBA, FATHOM or ARROW
- Familiarity with ASME, ANSI, ASHRAE, NFPA or API standards
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Ability to travel to Westinghouse or customer sites (international travel included)
