Your mission : You will support the commercial director in the elaboration of the strategy and its implementation. You will be responsible for market development in the assigned territories to increase sales and market share, strengthening the brand and relationships with distributors and specifiers.
Responsibilities
* Commercial strategy : Actively participate in the implementation of the commercial strategic plan through data analysis and information gathering on markets, competition, and industry.
* Dealers activation & loyalty programs : Activate new distributors (prospecting and selecting them), carrying out related technical and commercial training activities. Provide technical and commercial support to existing distributors. Identify partnership opportunities.
* Analysis & forecasting : Analyze objectives by territory / customer. Follow up on sales forecasts. Perform sales / market / product mix analysis.
* Marketing : Define, implement and monitor marketing strategies. Organize and coordinate local promotional activities (e.g., trade fairs).
* Lead management : Manage leads effectively to drive sales opportunities.
Qualifications
* Around 5 years’ experience in similar positions.
* Languages : German and English at professional competence level (C1 / C2).
* Degree in Business Administration or similar, or equivalent experience.
* Strong communication, dynamism, proactivity and high analytical skills.
* Technical knowledge of architectural and industrial elements is desirable.
