We're looking for a Marketing Executive who’s hands-on, strategic, and ready to help elevate our campaigns and brand presence across digital platforms. What You’ll Be Doing
* Content Coordination :
Collaborate with our design, content, and brand teams to create and publish engaging content in line with campaign objectives.
* Market & Competitor Research :
Stay ahead of trends, identify market opportunities, and help refine strategies for LATAM and international markets.
* Performance Monitoring :
Track and report on key metrics (traffic, conversions, engagement, CPA, ROI) and assist in optimising campaigns accordingly.
* CRM & Retention :
Support in managing player journeys, creating segmented campaigns, and improving retention strategies using data and insights.
* Event Support :
Assist with the coordination of marketing materials, merchandise, and logistics for local and international events and conferences.
Your profile
* 2+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in iGaming, digital entertainment, or eCommerce.
* Strong grasp of marketing principles, campaign execution, and digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
* Experience with CRM platforms and campaign segmentation (Braze, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus).
* Highly organised with great attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
* A proactive, positive attitude — you’re a doer, a thinker, and not afraid to bring new ideas to the table.
