We are currently recruiting for an exciting Swedish speaking Technical Support Advisor in Malaga, Spain. Provide 1st level IT support to client employees via phone, mail and chat or via self-service portal, and perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting via phone and/or remote access.

Requirements
C2 or fluency in Swedish (C1 level)
Experience in 1st or 2nd level IT support
Good IT knowledge, especially of Windows 10, Office 365 and MS Teams
