The Opportunity We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive the growth of our workflow automation and print software solutions across Spain. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in the printing or graphic arts industry who wants to focus increasingly on software-driven production workflows and automation. The role is home-office-based, with most customer interactions conducted remotely via video meetings and online demonstrations. Travel within Spain is required for key customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow ECO3’s software business across Spain Build strong relationships with commercial printers, packaging converters, and newspaper publishers Identify opportunities for workflow automation, production optimization, and digital transformation Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and solution positioning to contract negotiation and closing Work closely with technical specialists and product experts during demonstrations and solution evaluations Maintain an active pipeline and achieve defined sales targets Represent ECO3 at industry events, customer events, and trade shows Ideal Background We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the printing and graphic arts ecosystem, including commercial printing, packaging, labels, or newspaper production.
