About this RoleThis full-time, permanent position joins our Agriculture Customer Insights Team. The Client Success Manager will deliver strategic insights and support our agricultural clients in market research services. Candidates should have experience in research design, data analysis, and a passion for building client relationships, with knowledge of the agricultural market.
Responsibilities
Client Success Management (45%) :
Liaise with clients regularly, monitor data needs, conduct training, update client lists, communicate data releases, and collaborate with internal teams.
Insights Reporting (35%) :
Define product strategies, analyze market trends, generate insights, and present findings to clients.
Data Analysis (20%) :
Coordinate projects, update code lists, develop survey tools, analyze data, and prepare presentations.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of agriculture and agronomic practices.
Knowledge of plant pathology, weeds, and pests.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
experience with Tableauor PowerBI is a plus.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
Degree in Marketing, Agriculture, or related field;
market research experience is a plus.
This role can be based in North America or Europe. The interview process involves 2-3 Microsoft Teams interviews.
