Requirements of the Role
What you’ll bring to the team
1. Experience leading multiple POs and/or squads in complex product environments.
2. Strong track record taking products from concept to launch.
3. Ability to bring clarity in ambiguity and simplify multi-domain challenges.
4. Data-driven mindset with solid prioritisation and analytical skills.
5. Excellent communication with both leadership and delivery teams.
6. Strong understanding of customer experience and user-centric design.
7. Effective collaboration with engineering, UX design, and research.
8. Comfortable using AI, automation, and modern product practices to boost impact.
9. 5 to 7+ years of product management or related experience.
10. Experience in airline, travel, customer retention, or similar (Desirable)
