ROLE SCOPE
* The role involves responsibility for S&OP process deployment across all Stada markets, ensuring connectivity and a consistent concept from the Country, Cluster, to global levels. The role can serve as a COE back-up for the Global demand role.
S&OP GLOBAL LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop a standardized, business-focused, forward-looking cross-functional Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) culture supported by Global Supply Chain strategy, communication standards, cross-functional metrics, and shared responsibilities.
* Establish clear organizational expectations, commitments, and metrics as part of the S&OP journey.
* Support the pilot and rollout of S&OP across all levels, coordinating with in-market supply chain leads and business stakeholders to deploy consistent ways of working based on market and business needs, utilizing common global metrics, tools, and processes to integrate plans across sales, marketing, development, manufacturing, sourcing, and finance.
* Ensure the use of global algorithms and tools for KPI reporting and analysis across all Stada affiliates, collaborating with IT on automation of S&OP templates and KPI tracking.
* Support documentation of S&OP standards, provide training and coaching to drive implementation, and conduct regular feedback sessions with supply chain leads to strengthen local demand planning expertise.
* Promote a culture of decision-making based on balanced short, mid, and long-term reviews through effective communication and change management.
* Participate in local S&OP forums to share best practices, ensure focus on plan execution, and drive continuous improvement.
* Communicate operational gaps and demonstrate the value of S&OP enhancements, collecting stakeholder feedback for ongoing process improvements and innovations.
* Align with finance and other stakeholders on evolving the S&OP process into Integrated Business Planning with cross-functional, volume, and value alignment.
GLOBAL DEMAND PLANNING TEMPORARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop demand forecasts at multiple levels and horizons, analyzing historical sales trends and demand drivers.
* Validate forecast quality using exception reports and challenge affiliates' forecasts in case of significant deviations.
* Contribute to inventory strategies for existing items, new products, and phase-outs.
* Reconcile forecasts monthly with actuals and work with IT on analytics automation, including Tableau.
Functionality to Maintain Different Versions of BDG and LO
* Develop and maintain onboarding templates for new team members in Global Supply Chain areas.
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Demand Planner or in S&OP roles.
* Proficiency with SAP IBP for Demand.
* Strong supply chain knowledge.
* Cross-functional experience.
* Willingness to travel 20%-30% of the time.
