Nordic RentAway Spain is looking for a reliable, service-minded and detail-oriented Part-Time Guest Experience Associate to join our team in the Alicante area.
We manage vacation rental properties across Costa Blanca and have been welcoming guests since 2017. Our goal is simple: to create the best possible holiday experience for every guest while ensuring our properties are cared for to the highest standard.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hospitality, problem-solving, working independently, and meeting people from all over the world.
About the roleAs our Guest Experience Associate, you will be the local point of contact for both guests and properties. You will help ensure that each home is guest-ready, that arrivals and departures run smoothly, and that any guest needs are handled with professionalism and care.
The role is part-time and includes a mix of remote coordination and on-site work at our vacation properties on Costa Blanca.
Key responsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:Welcoming guests and ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outsPreparing and inspecting vacation homes before and after guest staysCoordinating with cleaning and maintenance teamsMonitoring bookings and making sure properties are ready before arrivalsResponding to guest questions, requests and issues during their stayHandling small operational tasks related to property managementReporting maintenance needs or property issues to the teamHelping ensure that each guest has a positive and memorable holiday experienceMaintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service across our properties
