We are looking for a Sales Manager responsible for managing a team of Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, and other sales support functions such as Inside Sales, Product Management, and Business Development.As a Sales Manager for Direct Sales, you will support and develop existing business for Nilfisk professional and industrial cleaning machines in Spain. Customers include various industries and contract cleaners.You will implement Nilfisk's direct sales strategy, focusing on prioritized areas, segments, and customer accounts.You will coach and develop your team on sales techniques, procedures, and standards to help them achieve their sales targets.Collaboration with stakeholders inside Nilfisk is essential for success. Strong relationship skills are important for building effective internal partnerships.Many colleagues start their careers in sales, service, and customer care at Nilfisk. You will receive support from senior leaders during the initial months and regular feedback on your performance and skills.As a Sales Manager, you must combine strategic thinking with a passion for management and coaching, developing your team, and optimizing sales.Daily activities include managing a sales team to meet KPIs such as visits, pipeline, win-rate, forecast, revenue, and contribution. All necessary actions should be implemented quarterly and annually to meet sales targets.You will ensure ongoing technical training on products by liaising with product managers. Coordination with the Marketing department on market intelligence, advertising, pricing, and product management is also required.Requirements include experience in a similar role or as a National Key Account Manager, preferably in B2B companies, leadership skills, and proven people management experience. Fluent English (written and oral) is required.
