Experteer Overview In this role you will oversee the Group reporting P&L processes and ensure accurate accounting figures for the EMEA region. You will act as the single point of contact for P&L reporting and lead improvements in ALMT management accounting. The position emphasizes data quality, automated reporting, and strong collaboration with regional and local finance teams. This is a chance to shape reliable financial insights and drive efficient, compliant reporting across the perimeter.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Be the main interlocutor with ALMT Finance and oversee remediation initiatives to improve P&L accuracy across the EMEA region - Ensure reconciliation between financial and management accounting figures in line with Group and CIB Finance standards - Promote data quality and expense reporting;
consolidate manuals entries and address remediation actions - Develop and implement an automated analytical expenses process and KPI dashboard for clients - Build relationships with regional and local finance teams to produce management accounting reporting and provide synthesis and analysis by Business Line - Contribute to reliable cost reporting for the region and identify information needs for the business - Design and implement new local management reports and support the budget process with controls - Support the local finance and business heads in KPI analysis and in explaining country-level variances - Participate in the follow-up and implementation of the new Budget process;
