Role Overview
This Staff Product Manager role sits within Deel’s Fintech Client Experience group and owns the front‑end product experience for client payments.
What You’ll Own
* The end‑to‑end client‑payment journey from setup to handoff.
* Payment setup and configuration (cards, bank transfers, billing details, autopay).
* Payment permissions and roles.
* Automatic and recurring payment flows.
* Visibility for payment status, receipts, overdue invoices, FX, and processing fees.
Your Scope
* From when a client adds a payment method or an invoice becomes payable, to successful handoff to the payment orchestration engine.
Typical Problem Spaces
* Help clients understand or reject failed or declined payments.
* Graceful payment status and invoice reconciliation.
* Show which payment method was used.
* Set up, manage, and trust automatic and recurring payments.
* Navigate payment permissions and approval flows.
* Explain FX rates, processing fees, and charges.

What We’re Looking For
* Senior/Staff Product Manager experience in B2B SaaS or fintech.
* Strong judgment in complex, regulated, money‑moving systems.
* Experience owning client‑facing workflows on sophisticated backends.
* Deep empathy for user experience with technical constraints.
* Comfort in ambiguity and clarity across stakeholders.
* Ability to influence without authority.
Nice to Have (not required)
* Native mobile application experience.
* Payments, billing, invoicing, or financial operations product exposure.
