From Claire Joster we are looking for our customer, a multinational market leader in digital solutions company headquartered in Europe, a Director of Revenue Operations to lead and scale its revenue operations function across all Go-To-Market motions with the end goal to accelerate the the company´s profitable growth engine.
From the Madrid Office, the Director of Revenue Operations will play a key role aligning sales, marketing, customer success, and finance through operational excellence, data-driven insights, and systems and processes.
This position will be responsible for defining and implementing the Revenue Operations roadmap across all markets as well as driving the GTM transformation program.

Requirements:
* Over 10 years’ experience in Sales or Revenue Operations leadership roles in similar high-growth, B2B IT organizations.
* Proven track record of owning and scaling global revenue operations functions.
* Solid experience working with CRM, sales enablement, and marketing automation tools (experience in Dynamics CRM, PlanHat, and building data models in PowerBI a plus)
* Experience in revenue planning, operations, and large scale program management within growing GTM organizations.
* Strong drive for data-driven insights.
* Passion for end-to-end customer experiences, customer lifetime value, and related value chain optimization.
* Experienced in leading, coaching, and managing diverse teams toward outstanding performance.
