This is a full-time, permanent role offering a €30,000–€37,000 base salary commission, with strong earning potential. About the Role You’ll own your territory—generating leads, meeting clients, and driving growth. This hybrid role combines remote work with regular on-site visits to restaurants and hospitality partners in Barcelona. Key Responsibilities Prospect and close new business through outreach, walk-ins, and referrals Conduct in-person visits to potential clients weekly Deliver presentations and product demos to decision-makers Manage the full sales cycle from lead to onboarding Develop tailored proposals and close deals with support from leadership Track market trends and identify new opportunities What We’re Looking For 2–3 years in outbound sales or BDM roles (ideally SaaS, POS, or delivery/logistics) Strong track record in cold outreach and closing high-value deals Great communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Fluent in Spanish and English — Catalan is a plus Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) Motivated, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments Nice to Have Experience in foodservice, restaurant tech, or hospitality Startup background or experience building a sales pipeline from scratch Structured and data-driven sales approach
