We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Lead to join our Data Integrity & Identity team. This team is an enabling function within our Responsible AI pillar, focused on helping business functions implement technology and automated solutions to enhance compliance with personal data legislation and adhere to data management best practices.
Reporting to the Director, Data Integrity and Identity, this role will be critical to ensuring robust data integrity and identity management practices across the organization, specifically through the development and oversight of our data subject rights, consent and preference management.
This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in how AI technology and automation can be leveraged to improve the handling of personal data on a global scale.
About the Role:
In this opportunity, as Sr. Data Steward - Privacy Operations. you will:
* Collaborate cross-functionally with technology and business stakeholders to drive, track, and resolve privacy compliance concerns related to data subject rights, consent, and preference management.
* Utilize privacy compliance tooling, such as OneTrust, to automate privacy compliance capabilities.
* Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance data management practices and compliance.
* Participate in the analysis of data residency requirements, supporting compliance with jurisdictional regulations and organizational standards.
* Develop deep expertise in our products and technologies and how they process personal data.
* Prepare engaging socialization materials to communicate the value and achievements of the Data Integrity and Identity program to stakeholders.
* Leverage MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Azure DevOps, PowerBI, and Lucidchart to support reporting and program communication efforts.
About you:
You'r e a fit for the role of Sr. Data Steward - Privacy Operations. if your background includes:
* A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the privacy space, with specific experience in consent management, data subject requests, and/or privacy by design.
* Demonstrated experience using privacy compliance tools, such as OneTrust, to strengthen global privacy by design capabilities.
* Experience with creating process documents and policies to guide business functions in compliance initiatives.
* A degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
* Experience or interest in AI technologies and their application in data management and compliance is a plus.
