The Opportunity
This internship will bring you the opportunity to work with a global healthcare organization.
The project consists of providing support to the migration and launch of Abbott Nutrition Research & Development (ANRD) Knowledge Management platform. The platform includes multiple modules including a wiki library, document library, expert locator, training and more. The platform hosts over 1000 unique users a month.
What You’ll Learn
In this role supporting the Knowledge Management team, amongst other skills, you will learn:
1. Migrating the website to SharePoint Modern technology.
2. Developing multiple webpages for internal training in multiple formats: computer-based training, wiki pages, libraries, etc.
3. Communicating webpage updates with content owners.
4. Providing support to users by answering questions and generating solutions.
Required Qualifications
5. Communications / IT Management / Computer Science / Marketing preferred.
6. Great communication skills (oral and written)
7. English level C1 (oral and written)
8. Ability to work in a global team with English as the main language, ability to work with people in multiple countries.
9. Proficient with internet and web technologies.
10. Experience with web page and content development.
11. Self-driven learner with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
12. Experience in Microsoft SharePoint Classic, SharePoint Modern, and Power Apps would be a plus.
13. Project Management Skills.
14. Proficient with IT tasks such as Microsoft Office, Email, Online Meetings, etc).
This Internship will have economic remuneration, it will require to sign a University/Business School agreement.
