OFERTA KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Rointe, a leader in the manufacturing of electric heating products whose mission is to provide efficient and responsible heating solutions in the national and international market.

We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to join our sales team and further grow our successful business. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity that offers career and personal growth.

The role:

- Overseeing the entire order process, ensuring that orders are processed correctly and on time.
- Ensure that customers are correctly parameterised in the system to optimise their experience and facilitate the management of their orders.
- Manage customer claims efficiently, ensuring a quick and satisfactory resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Constantly monitor order deliveries and ensure that they arrive on time and in the agreed conditions.
- Monitor industry and customer service related KPIs, ensuring compliance with set targets.
- Manage the company's CRM tool to maintain an organised and detailed record of all customer interactions.
- Providing assistance to customers on the use of our products, resolving doubts and providing customised solutions.
- Maintain fluid communication with Area Sales Managers to anticipate their needs and resolve incidents efficiently.
- Manage refund or compensation policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that records of activities and communication with each Area Sales Managers are accurate and up to date.
- Create and improve procedures for customer feedback and complaint resolution.

The candidate:

- Experience in a similar position.
- Native English.
- Working in a team.
- Experience in SAP.
- Knowledge of purchasing, marketing and logistics.
- Sales experience.
- Strong ability to handle customers over the phone.
