Our client, a fund of founds focused in Venture Capital that invests in some of the top tier firms worldwide, is looking for a Personal and Executive assistant to two Managing Partners.Working closely and assisting to the Managing Partners her/his main responsibilities will be:Responsibilities:Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation (Europe, U.S., Asia, ...)Assist with various ad hoc projects (such as event organization, proofreading, creating presentation for meetings, preparing for interviews). Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff when necessary.Organize private affairs of the manager.Key skills:Discretion and trustworthiness.Tact and diplomacy.Flexibility and adaptability.Good oral and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.Knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.Attention to detail.Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks.Requirements:Good English and Spanish level.Minimum 6 years experience as a personal and executive assistant.Availability to coordinate any urgent task.Experience working in international environment Offer: Nice office in Barcelona with nice environment.
