Our client is a multinational company dedicated to the manufacture and commercialisation of weighing equipment/solutions and analytical instruments.
Their offices are located in Cornellà de Llobregat, very well connected both by car and public transport.
Your main responsibility will be to contact existing/previous customers to follow up on different campaigns launched by the Marketing department and to generate interest (leads). It is not sales or "cold calling".
During your day to day:
- You'll be involved in campaigns for any of our product divisions, as well as after-sales technical services, for which you will receive solid internal training.
- You'll generate leads to derive to the commercial teams, working closely with the Marketing and sales teams of the assigned region.
You're the person we're looking for if:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Telemarketing, or a similar role in a B2B environment.
- You have previous experience in the DACH market.
- You're interested in learning about technical products (no prior technical knowledge required).
- You have a native level of German and advanced level of English. Any additional languages, such as Spanish, are a plus.
