As a lead, you will direct the hospital treatment pathway program across Europe to reduce capacity bottlenecks and ensure safe, effective TAVI treatment using the SAPIEN platform. You’ll steer marketing-led initiatives and own a strategic pillar that aligns hospitals’ growth with Edwards. You’ll evolve programs into a unified, high-impact offering and shape future strategy with cross-functional teams. This role combines program leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a focus on measurable outcomes that advance patient care and business growth.

• Lead development and deployment of the hospital treatment pathway program to address EU hospital capacity bottlenecks
• Lead current initiatives within the marketing team and drive execution of Edwards THV strategic pillar to optimize TAVI programs with SAPIEN
• Design, test, and refine program evolution and future strategic development
• Ensure impactful external communication to program faculty, target hospitals, and stakeholders
• Ensure impactful internal communication to field teams, marketing partners, and company leadership
• Manage relationships with program faculty to maintain alignment and evolve the program with market demand
• Represent leadership while coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing messaging to upper management
• Adhere to company rules and safety protocols and xpzdshu manage travel requirements up to 40%
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of related experience or Master’s degree with 6 years of related experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare with a strong program management component
