As an Identity and Access Management Expert you will be the Identity & Access Management champion for our integral identity management services. Your role is all about designing, implementing, and optimizing Identity & Access Management processes automation frameworks that ensure secure, compliant, and reliable IAM lifecycle processes—from development to deployment.
You’ll lead initiatives that integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, maintain robust test scripts, and continuously improve automated processes. This is your chance to set new standards for efficiency and quality in IAM automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement of automated IAM processes.
- Build audit-ready automation frameworks for identity lifecycle.
- Maintain and enhance scripts and automation frameworks (PowerShell, Python, REST API).
- Support access certification and compliance campaigns through automation.
- Own test automation for IAM lifecycle processes.
- Define and implement automated test cases that deliver compliance evidence.
Service Requirements
- Experience with IAM tools (SailPoint, Azure AD / Entra).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation integration.
- Understanding of compliance standards (GDPR, GxP, ITIL).
- Knowledge of API and system integrations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.
- Good scripting skills (Java, PowerShell, Python, or similar).
- Plus: Test Automation Skills like Tosca
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Several years of experience in IAM systems (SailPoint is a plus).
- Solid ITIL knowledge (change & incident management, security, compliance).
- Familiarity with Scrum and tools like Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence.
- Advanced English communication and collaboration skills.
