Pharmaceutical CDMO | Development & Manufacturing Services
Allerton Bishop is partnering with a global pharmaceutical CDMO to appoint an Account Manager responsible for managing and growing key client relationships across the UK and Nordic regions.
This role sits at the interface of commercial, technical and operational teams and will suit an account-focused professional with experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotech or life-sciences clients in a complex, regulated environment.
Role Overview
As Account Manager - UK & Nordics, you will own and develop a portfolio of strategic client accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery while identifying opportunities for organic growth across development and manufacturing services.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop existing client relationships across the UK and Nordics, acting as the primary commercial contact.
* Drive account growth through identification of new project opportunities, extensions and upsell across CDMO services.
* Coordinate internal stakeholders across technical, project management, quality and manufacturing to ensure successful delivery.
* As the Account Manager UK & Nordics, you will support contract negotiations, pricing discussions and long-term account planning.
* Develop a deep understanding of client pipelines, priorities and future needs.
* Represent the business professionally at client meetings, reviews and industry events.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in an account management or commercial role within a pharmaceutical CDMO or CRO services environment.
* Strong understanding of pharmaceutical development or manufacturing services.
* Proven ability to manage complex client relationships in regulated environments.
* Commercially minded with the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities.
* Willingness to travel across the UK and Nordic regions as required.
