**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
As a CIB Delivery Operations Analyst, you will c onducts documentation, preparatory and administrative tasks to ensure that the daily operations of the bank are performed. Supports operations and works with bank platforms. Processes different payment transactions including controls and data entry.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Lead commercial discussions with clients in regards to agency services
- Actively cooperate with business lines to improve client's experience through a wide range of agency services (Facility agent, ECA agent, Documentary agent, Intercreditor agent, Funds flow agent, Sustainability agent)
- Fulfil commercial objectives
- Manage agency services, specifically:
- Manage conditions precedent during closing and disbursements
- Manage correspondence between the borrower, lenders and external advisors
- Deliver notices, compliance certificates, budgets and financial statements. Alert client if there is any breach.
- Keep custody of legal documentation and make it available for all stakeholders
- Collect lenders funds and credit in client’s account in accordance with disbursements mechanisms
- Coordinate waivers / amendments and return to client on behalf of lenders
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience in banking industry
- Knowledge in syndicated and structured transactions
- High level of English
- Other languages appreciated (German, Italian, etc)
