The job
As aBusiness ControlleratMercedes-Benz Group Services you will bein charge of tasks related toAccounting/Auditing in finance:
* Monthly Financial Tasks: Help with important monthly financial tasks like calculating money that's owed, managing expenses, and analyzing the company's financial performance.
* Account Management:Oversee company accounts and make sure all the money is correctly recorded and sorted.
* Working with Accountants:Collaborate with the accounting team to keep financial records accurate.
* Financial Planning:Assist in planning and forecasting the company's finances.
* Process Improvement: Make financial processes work better.
* Profit & Loss Analysis: Reviewing and analyzing the company's profits and losses, especially related to G&A (General and Administrative) expenses.
* Reporting: Create various reports, like cost center reports and headquarter reports.
* Assisting with Audits: You'll help manage both internal and external financial audits.
Your qualifications
You speak and write German at a native level (C1)and you are fluent in English (B2).
Experience in Controlling, or in other business area with interface with Controlling.University Degree in Business Administration, MBA is desired.
* Juniors with 6-12 months experience in General Ledger accounting are accepted (eg. Bookkeepers, Accountants, Ledger Keepers, Accounting Clerks for different accounting systems);
You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.Accounting Qualification with appropriate post-qualification experience (Spanish NPGC).Computer literate in MS office Knowledge (specially Excel and Power Point).Knowledge of SAP (FI and CO Modules)
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly.
