You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing multi-channel acquisition campaigns to grow our user base, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.What are your responsibilities:Develop and execute traffic acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels including SEA, PLAs, CSEs, social media ads, display advertising, and affiliate marketingOptimize landing pages and user journeys to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costReport regularly on performance metrics, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic, and search engine rankingsAnalyze performance data (e.g., keywords, user behavior, backlinks, technical SEO) to continuously optimize website structure, content, and marketing campaignsPlan, implement, and test online marketing campaigns, including A/B testing, creative optimization, and scaling strategiesBuild and maintain senior-level partnerships with country-level stakeholders (e.g., GMs, International Marketing Managers)Manage budgets and allocate spend efficiently to maximize performance and meet KPIs.Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms.Identify new growth opportunities through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and emerging platforms.What do we expect from
