Position:
We are looking for a QA Lead with an advanced English level (C1) for a project we are currently managing for a Spanish client.
Mission: As a QA Lead, your focus will be on:
* Having a high level of English proficiency (C1+) and a high level of Spanish (C1).
* Possessing deep knowledge and broad experience in end-to-end testing, including:
* Functional testing
* Quality assurance (QA) management
* Automated testing, security testing, load, and performance testing
1. Technical Expertise in Testing and Quality
Extensive experience in functional and non-functional testing, automation, test planning, and coverage in critical environments such as SAP S/4HANA, AWS, and ServiceNow.
Ability to design and execute validation and compliance strategies, including quality governance frameworks.
2. Strategic Leadership and Global Management
Preferably with experience leading global programs and portfolios, coordinating multidisciplinary teams in complex projects, with a strong focus on testing, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation.
Expertise in Project and Program Management, with proficiency in modern tools.
3. Dynamic and Client-Oriented Profile
Accustomed to interacting with high-level stakeholders, with excellent communication skills.
Available for on-site work (Barcelona or nearby areas).
