particular focus on product launches, anniversaries and local/seasonal events if any.4. · Achieve sales goals and expectations and proactively drive for more.5. · Adhere to sales processes and procedures in line with Store/Company guidelines.6. · Adhere to appearance guidelines and personal standards.7. · Utilize strong market and industry awareness to shape local strategy as well as influence wider business and organization.8. · Act with accuracy, professional and positive attitude, when handling consumer enquiries and objections.9. · Ensure stock availability of all references.Requirements- · Experience within consumer service, ideally in retail.- · Make Up Artistry skills.- · Fluent English & Spanish.
