Collaborate and lead some of our 'Values-Based Recruitment' processes (writing profiles, curricular screening, phone and face-to-face interviews, writing reports, values assessments, etc.) Collaborate with our consultancy services, both with national and international customers. Promote new ideas to innovate and grow. Help us develop our business model, contacting people to change the Human Resources sector. Knowledge and use of tools such as ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience and desire to collaborate to develop our company and help us go further.
