Purpose of the Role: Reporting to the Commercial Executive Manager, this position is responsible for the business relationships with our leading European Strategic Partners, namely Decathlon, Footlocker, the Inditex Group & travel retail.
It is critically important to enable Havaianas to grow the business and elevate the brand in the marketplace.
It is primarily focused with building and executing Strategic Account plans for all key accounts, delivering a best-in-class Go To Market process, and strengthening the relationships with our long-term brand partners.
In the process, elevating the brand and sustainably growing the business.
This includes driving strategic conversations and progress with the cross-functional leadership teams within our Partners organizations.
The position requires excellent attention to detail, in-depth understanding of a successful Strategic Account governance process and exceptional analytics and presentation skills.
It will also include regular contact and engagement with the EHQ Leadership Team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Sales and account management for our European Strategic Partners (Decathlon/Footlocker/Inditex/travel retail).
Reporting to the Commercial Executive Manager, driving strategic and sustainable growth and brand elevation across all accounts, influencing the rest of the marketplace.
Own and drive short and long term cross-functional planning & direction for the defined group of partners, to include seasonal product assortments, retail trade investment and execution and operational excellence.
Execute an elevated service model for all Strategic partners.
Utilize and share sell out analysis and reporting, identifying opportunities within all markets.
Annual budget planning per account, informing the European plan.
Aligning with the Commercial Director and EHQ on critical account meetings.
Support and collaborate with the customer service team to drive operational excellence.
