Lead and manage the day to day activities of the CCD team
Diagnose the root causes of category and players performance
Identify top KPIs and define concrete targets
Review, improve and implement the mid-and long-term category and customer strategy
Develop the strategy and annual plan for each category with regard to recommended pricing, promotion (Net Revenue Management), distribution (Must Have Assortment) and trade marketing activation
Develop and drive together with marketing the product initiatives strengthening the core and driving on-top innovation
Manage and track CCD budgets and ensure effective use
Work closely with the companys sales team enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations

Previous experience in FMCG (Food industry) is highly valued
EU Working Permit / EU residence
University degree in economics/business (trade marketing is a plus)
Minimum of 6+ years of work experience in Customer/Category Management, Key Accounting or similar position in FMCG
Previous experience in People management
Knowledge of P L and sales indicators
Sector: Blue Chip FMCG or Grocery Retail background
Thorough understanding of Spanish retailer market
High level of Spanish and English language
Strong analytical ability and good quantitative understanding
Confident with presentation situations, with good ability to express yourself both verbally and in writing in Spanish and English
Strong time management ability to deal with pressure
