As the Director of Security Architecture and Engineering, you will shape and execute our enterprise-wide security strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of our security architecture and engineering practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.

What you will do :
* Develop and maintain the company's security architecture framework, aligning it with business objectives and industry best practices.
* Lead a team of security engineers to design, implement, and maintain security controls organization-wide.
* Review cyber threats and vulnerabilities, integrating threat intelligence into security strategies.
* Manage the security technology roadmap and promote the adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies.
* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to align security initiatives with business and technology strategies.
* Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing cybersecurity team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
* Oversee security budget, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
What we’re looking for :
Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
* Proven leadership in security architecture and engineering roles.
* Deep knowledge of security principles, protocols, and technologies.
* Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards.
* Certifications like SABSA, CISSP are highly desirable.
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to assess complex security issues and make informed decisions.
