You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.You’ll support the solution obsolescence issues as well as Services business development in this field. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering and stakeholders), be able to identify and qualify different alternatives of solutions meeting quality, cost, delivery, performance targets and much more.You’ll specifically take care of the development of product and project obsolescence management plans, but also contribute to develop and enhance obsolescence managing tools, reporting dashboards and KPIs.We’ll look to you for:- Implement and improve the strategies for obsolescence management in Services business.- Contribute to develop and enhance Services obsolescence management tools, repositories, reporting dashboards and KPIs.- Support the development of product and project obsolescence management plans.- Support obsolescence risk assessment preparation and maintenance for products and projects.- Validate supplier obsolescence management plans, including further integration in product and project related ones.- Obtain and validate product structures, bill of materials and parts availability reports, further uploading into Alstom management tools.- Define monitoring strategies for parts at risk of obsolescence, setting up tracking, communication and reporting actions to stakeholders.- Technical support business development & tender activities by proposing alternative solutions including functional, validation, authorisation, documentation requirements and cost assessment.All about you- University Degree level of Electrical or Electronic Engineering.- 2 years of experience in similar positions or designing products.- Experience working with SAP (desirable).- Mandatory experience developing in Power‑Automate, Power‑Apps, Power‑BI, MS‑Sharepoint repositories & tables.- Experience working with CAD or other design tools.- Language: Spanish advanced and English intermediate level.- Practical experience in industrial sectors.Things you’ll enjoy- Enjoy stability, challenges and long‑term career free from boring daily routines.- Work with new security standards for obsolescence.- Collaborate with transversal teams and helpful colleagues.- Contribute to innovative projects.- Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries.- Benefit from our investment in your development, through award‑winning learning.- Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension).Important to noteAs a global business, we’re an equal‑opportunity employer that celebrates diversity across the 70+ countries we operate in.
