Project Supervisor

We have an opportunity for a Project Supervisor to join us at Honeywell in ALGIER, DZA. To be successful in this role, you need to have at least minimum of 5 years of experience in project automation or related roles, strong leadership and team management skills and also experience in leading and managing projects.

As a Project Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing projects for the Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) Project Automation and Solutions (PAS) business unit in Algiers, North Africa. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, coordinating project activities, and providing guidance to project teams. Your strong leadership skills, technical expertise in project automation, and experience in industrial computing, electronics, and electrical will be essential in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

You will report directly to our Senior Program Manager and you'll work out of our Algiers location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of project execution, quality assurance, risk management, customer satisfaction, and team collaboration. You will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of projects, contributing to the overall success and competitiveness of the HPS PAS business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables
- Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate project team members and stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to project teams
- Ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project automation or related roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
