Experteer Overview In this role you ensure the stability, performance and operability of CRM-related solutions within Airbus Helicopters’ Digital Campus. You will coordinate between internal teams, MSPs and users to deliver service excellence, while guiding lifecycle, cost, and improvement initiatives. You’ll work across on-premise and cloud hosting, focusing on Salesforce, Liferay, and related applications to support customer relationships. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position in a fast-evolving digital ecosystem that shapes the future of flight.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Run and support daily operations, incident steering and Level 2/3 technical support coordination - Act as primary liaison with managed service providers, validating changes and monitoring interventions - Ensure SLA compliance and reporting for stakeholders - Lifecycle management of products including obsolescence tracking and upgrade planning - Maintain platform stability across on-premise and cloud hosting environments - Audit and improve support workflows;

maintain Knowledge Baseand CMDB - Optimize cloud and infrastructure costs, monitor licenses for Salesforce/Liferay/Dynatrace - Explore AI-driven monitoring options and automate repetitive tasks to reduce MTTR - Stay informed on market trends (Composable DXP, Salesforce features) and contribute to roadmapResponsabilidades - 3–5 years of relevant experience in ops/production engineering or technical service delivery management - Experience with ITSM/ServiceNow (incident/change/CMDB) - Administration of Windows and Linux servers;
virtualization and containerization (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker) - Database operations (SQL Server or equivalent) - Networking and security basics (Active Directory, F5, firewalls;
OAuth/SAML/Kerberos) - DevSecOps proficiency (GitLab, Ansible) - Cloud experience (IaaS/PaaS) on AWS/GCP/Azure - Collaboration tools: Atlassian JIRA and Confluence - Strong English;
