brAs a Data Platform Solution Architect, you will collaborate with clients to identify, document, and translate their business strategies and requirements into tailored solutions and services on Azure. These solutions help clients achieve their business objectives through advanced data capabilities. The scope of work includes diverse data types, such as batch, and real-time data, and leverages advanced analytics functionalities.

brWe cover the entire data stack, including data ingestion and storage, data modeling, machine learning, and data interaction and visualization, utilizing Microsoft Azure technologies, especially Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks. Additionally, a general understanding of related cloud services, such as APIs, Microservices, and Security Services (Azure Active Directory, Azure KeyVault), is necessary. Familiarity with DevOps practices for data pipelines is also valued.

brYou will be responsible for delivering relevant and sustainable customer technical proposals, drawing on your expertise in Data Platform and Analytics solutions. This role is part of the Avanade Data AI Practice and emphasizes selecting the optimal architecture and delivery approach to balance costs, capabilities, and risks, ensuring clients achieve their desired business outcomes.

brAs a technical counterpart to Business Developers and Account Leads, you will support sales by providing technical expertise, serving as a customer interface for Avanade’s technology solutions, offerings, and capabilities throughout the sales process.

brProven client experience in defining Data architectures that balance cost, capability, and risk to meet business objectives.
brStrong understanding of AI, Data, PaaS, and DevOps value propositions and technologies within the Microsoft Azure platform, especially with Microsoft Fabric (including PowerBI) and Azure Databricks
brDemonstrated ability to translate business use cases and requirements into technical solutions.
brAbility to solve business problems using one or more Azure Data and Analytics services, combined with an agile approach.
brCapacity to build strong technical credibility with customers and internal delivery teams.
brProven delivery background and substantial technology consulting experience.
