What will your challenges be?
\n
Content creation
\n
Develop high-impact training materials across different formats (presentations, infographics, SCORMs, videos...) while continuosly researching and implementing innovative learning tools and methodologies.
\n
Program design
\n
Implement tailored training programs for Isdin employees, adressing the specific strategic needs of each role (Corporate, Sales, Point of Sale teams, etc.).
\n
Global collaboration
\n
Partner with affiliates and local training teams to provide training materials and sessions, proactively identifying and addressing opportunities for growth and improvement.
\n
Cross-functional synergy:
\n
Work closely with key areas (Marketing, Medical Marketing...) to ensure training content is scientifically accurate and aligned with brand communication strategies.
\n
International distributors engagement
\n
Design and execute specialized training programs for international distributors, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring global brand consistency.
\n
LMS & analytics:
\n
Support the management of the LMS, monitoring KPIs and preparing comprehensive reports on training impact and ratios.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

Education

University degree in Health Sciences, such as Pharmacy. Additional education in Dermocosmetics or Food Suplements will be highly valued.

Experience
\n
5 years performing similar functions.
